RULE 3020-1. Quarterly Fees in Chapter 11 Cases.
Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1129(a)(12), the Court shall not confirm a Chapter 11 plan unless U.S. Trustee notifies the Court by filing Mont. LBF 12 that all fees required by 28 U.S.C. § 1930 have been paid or will be paid on or before the plan's effective date.
