RULE 4003-4. Motions for Avoidance of Liens.
A debtor shall move to avoid liens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) by filing Mont. LBF 24, and by serving creditor whose lien is subject to avoidance, or creditor's attorney and trustee, if any.
