Rule 7026-1. Discovery A. Rule 26(f) Report. The court will set a deadline for the parties' report under Rule 26(f) after all pleadings are filed. A copy of the report is available on the court's website (Local Form 7026-1(A)).
B. Filing of Discovery Materials. Disclosures under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) and (2) and discovery responses and requests should not be filed with the court, except for an evidentiary purpose.
