Local Rule LBR 1006-1: Fees – Installment Payments

LBR 1006-1 Fees – Installment Payments A debtor seeking approval for payment of the bankruptcy filing fee in installments shall pay no less than one-fourth (1/4) of the total fee within fourteen (14) days of filing the petition. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the balance of the total fee shall be paid in no more than three (3) additional installments payable every thirty (30) days thereafter until paid in full.
