LBR 1017-1 Dismissal of Chapter 13 Case Pre-Confirmation; Payment of Administrative Expenses Whenever an order or notice issues dismissing a chapter 13 case prior to confirmation of the plan, the court shall retain jurisdiction over any undistributed funds held by the trustee for the later of fourteen (14) days or until the date of any then-scheduled hearing for payment of administrative expenses of the estate.
