Local Rule LBR 2015-2: Filing of Monthly Reports

LBR 2015-2 Filing of Monthly Reports The debtor (or if a chapter 11 trustee has been appointed, the chapter 11 trustee) shall file monthly operating reports completed in accordance with the United States Trustee's Operating Guidelines and Reporting Requirements for Chapter 11 Cases. The monthly operating reports shall be filed until the earlier of (1) the entry of a final decree in the chapter 11 case, or (2) the conversion or dismissal of the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112.
