Local Rule LBR 2070-1: Estate Administration

LBR 2070-1 Estate Administration A chapter 7 trustee is authorized to pay routine expenses, other than the fees of professionals employed under 11 U.S.C. § 327, arising out of administration of a chapter 7 estate that do not exceed in the aggregate the sum of $8,000. All such disbursements shall be subject to review by the court at the conclusion of the case and shall be itemized in the final report filed by the trustee.
