LBR 2083-2 Chapter 13 — Proof of Value of Real Estate; Proof of Insurance Whenever improved real estate is scheduled in a chapter 13 case, the debtor shall provide, at least seven (7) days prior to the 341 Meeting, proof of value, proof of insurance and such other insurance information as the chapter 13 trustee may require. Whenever a debtor in a chapter 13 case operates a business, the debtor shall provide, at least seven (7) days prior to the 341 Meeting, proof of appropriate business insurance.
