LBR 3017-1 Disclosure Statement — Approval A disclosure statement must be accompanied by: (1) a separate copy of the plan of reorganization, and (2) a notice setting the hearing date and the deadline for objections in the form of LBF 7104-1. The objection date shall be seven (7) days prior to the disclosure statement hearing.
