Local Rule LBR 4002-2: Address of Debtor

LBR 4002-2 Address of Debtor The debtor shall file a notice with the court and serve it on all parties if the debtor's mailing address changes while the case is pending. Failure to comply with this rule may result in dismissal of the case, granting of relief against the debtor based upon notice to the last address of record, or such other sanctions as the court may deem appropriate.
