LBR 8005-1 Election for District Court Determination of Appeal Unless an election to have the appeal heard by the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire is made within the time prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 158(c)(1), the appeal shall be heard by the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.
