LBR 9011-2 Pro Se Parties The signature of an individual not represented by counsel on a bankruptcy petition, complaint or filing shall constitute a pro se appearance. A pro se party may not authorize another person who is not a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to appear on his or her behalf. This includes a spouse or relative and any other party on the same side who is not represented by an attorney.
