Local Rule LBR 9070-1: Exhibits
Bankr. D.N.H. — General rule
LBR 9070-1 Exhibits Upon the conclusion of any proceeding in which exhibits have been entered, the offering party or parties shall have 30 days to request the return of the exhibits. If a party fails to make a request to retrieve the exhibits, the Clerk shall dispose of them without further notice or order.
