D.N.J. LBR 2016-2. Application for Compensation of an Auctioneer If the court has under Local Bankruptcy Rule 2014-2(b) granted a waiver of the fee application requirement, the auctioneer must file Local Form Notice of Proposed Auctioneer Compensation not later than 21 days before payment of compensation. If an objection is filed, the court may require the applicant to file an application for compensation and reimbursement of expenses under Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1 or may schedule a hearing.
