D.N.J. LBR 5010-1. Service of Motion to Reopen Case A motion to reopen a case pursuant to § 350(b) of the Code must be served on the debtor, the United States trustee, and any party against whom specific relief is sought under Bankruptcy Rule 9014(b).
2019 Comment This Rule is new. It is intended to set forth the service requirements regarding motions to reopen, which are not provided in the Code or Bankruptcy Rules.
