D.N.J. LBR 7036-1. Requests for Admission Requests for admission must comply with Local Civil Rule 36.1.
2025 Comment This Rule incorporates by reference the requirements of Local Civil Rule 36.1.
2015 Comment This Rule is new. It is derived from Local Civil Rule 36.1. Subdivision (c) of Local Civil Rule 36.1 is now incorporated in Local Bankruptcy Rule 7026-1.
