BANKRUPTCY RULE 3003-1 DEADLINE TO FILE PROOF OF CLAIM IN CHAPTER 11 CASES Unless otherwise ordered in a Chapter 11 case or provided in the Fed. R. Bankr. P., the last day to timely file a proof of claim or interest is 70 days after the order for relief. The clerk of court will give notice of this deadline in the Notice of Bankruptcy Case.
