LR 1.2 - Availability of the Local Rules These Rules are available for public viewing and downloading free of charge from the Court's web site, www.nmid.uscourts.gov. Hardcopy of the rules may be purchased from the clerk during regular business hours.
When amendments to these rules are proposed, notice of such proposals and of the period for the public to comment will be posted in the Clerk's Office and on the Court's public website, and will be given to the CNMI Bar Association.
