LR 1.5 - Standards of Professional Conduct Every member of this Court's bar and any attorney permitted to practice in this Court will be governed by and must observe the Model Rules of Professional Conduct of the American Bar Association as adopted in 1983 and as thereafter amended or judicially construed, these Local Rules, and this Court's "Standards of Professional Conduct," supra.
