LR 41.1 - Dismissal of Actions In addition to dismissals pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, if a proceeding has been pending for more than six (6) months without any action taken by the parties during that period, the Court may order the parties to show cause why the proceeding should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
