Rule 3012-1. Valuation of Collateral.
A motion to value property and avoid a wholly unsecured lien under §§ 506(d) and 1322 in a chapter 13 case must be filed on LBF 1317. Any order arising from such a motion must be lodged on LBF 1317.5.
