Rule 3003-1 Chapter 11 Claims Bar Date Any creditor or equity security holder whose claim or interest is not scheduled or is scheduled as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated in a chapter 11 case may file a claim not later than ninety (90) days after the date first set for the § 341 meeting of creditors, or for governmental units, within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of the order for relief, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
