Local Rule LBR 3016-2: Modification or Amendments to Filed Disclosure Statement and/or Plan

Rule 3016-2 Modification or Amendments to Filed Disclosure Statement and/or Plan Any amendments to a chapter 11 plan and/or disclosure statement must be incorporated into the original of those documents. The revised document must be filed with the court in its entirety identified as the "First, Second, (etc.) Amended Disclosure Statement and/or Plan." All amendments must be highlighted to identify the amendment to the originally filed document. The proponent must serve the document(s) on the United States trustee and on any other party who requests a copy.
