Rule 5077-1 Transcripts Any party that wishes to order a transcript of a hearing or other recorded court session must complete the Transcript Order Form (AO Form 435) and deliver it to the clerk's office for transmittal. Arrangements for delivery of the transcript and payment shall be made directly with the transcriber.
