Bankr. D.P.R. — General rule
Rule 5090-1 Judges – Visiting & Recalled Judge Assigned from Outside the District. Whenever a bankruptcy judge from outside the district is assigned a Puerto Rico bankruptcy case or proceeding, the documents will continue to be filed with the clerk's office of the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Court. Copies of documents will not be transmitted to the visiting judge unless specifically requested by the court.
