Rule 8001-1 Manner of Taking Appeal Upon the filing of a Notice of Appeal with the clerk, the appellant who wishes to have an appeal heard by the district court shall also complete and file an "Election to Proceed to District Court" LBF E, indicating the appeal is being taken to the district court.
