LR Cv 51 WAIVER OF JURY INSTRUCTIONS The failure to submit a request for instructions or an objection to a requested instruction in accordance with the orders of the Court may be deemed a waiver of the right to make such request or objection and/or a waiver of any claim or defense for which no request was submitted.
