LR Gen 211 DISCIPLINARY ACTION BY COURT Upon a finding by the Court, or an individual district judge acting pursuant to LR Gen 210(d)(1), that an attorney has engaged in misconduct, the Court or, if authorized, the district judge may enter an order imposing discipline in accordance with these Local Rules.
