LOCAL RULE 3003-1: PROOFS OF CLAIM OR INTEREST IN CHAPTER 11 CASES Proofs of claim or interest of nongovernmental entities required or permitted to be filed under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3003(c) must be filed not later than ninety (90) days after the first date set for the § 341 meeting of creditors, and such proofs of claim or interest of governmental entities must be filed within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of the order for relief, except as otherwise specified in the Bankruptcy Code or Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure or ordered by the Court. A request to extend the times provided for by this local rule must be filed before the expiration of the time.
