LOCAL RULE 4004-2: SUBCHAPTER V DISCHARGE – NON-CONSENSUAL PLANS a. Discharge Following the Completion of Plan Payments. As soon as practicable following the completion by the debtor or trustee of all payments under a plan confirmed under 11 U.S.C. § 1191(b), the debtor shall file a Certification of Plan Completion and Request for Discharge in substantial conformance with the Court's local form, and a hearing notice in conformance with the Court's local form prescribed by Local Rule 9013-4.

b. Objections. Any party objecting to the granting of a discharge pursuant to paragraph (a) shall, within twenty-one (21) days after service of the Certification of Plan Completion and Request for Discharge, serve an objection upon the debtor, debtor's counsel, and the trustee and file the objection with the Court.
