LOCAL RULE 7030-1: DEPOSITIONS AND EXAMINATIONS Local Civ. Rule 30.04 (D.S.C.) shall apply to Rule 2004 examinations and depositions conducted in cases and adversary proceedings pending before this Court, as applicable.
