LOCAL RULE 9029-1: OPERATING ORDERS, GUIDELINES REGARDING CASE MANAGEMENT, AND AMENDMENTS TO THE LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES Certain matters of practice and procedure may be addressed by operating orders or guidelines. Substantive amendments to these rules may be made by separate order and notice of such will be posted on the Court's website. Technical correction to any local rule may be made by the Court at any time.
