Rule 1001-1. Scope of Rules and Sample Forms; Short Title.
These local rules and appendices govern procedures for bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings filed in the District of South Dakota under Title 11 of the United States Code. They are effective June 14, 2024. They shall be cited using "Bankr. D.S.D. R.," e.g., Bankr. D.S.D. R. 4001-1(b).
