Rule 3003-1. Chapter 11 Deadline to File Proof of Claim or Interest. Unless otherwise ordered, in a chapter 11 case the last day to timely file a proof of claim or interest shall be 30 days after the date first set for the meeting of creditors under 11 U.S.C. § 341(a). The Clerk shall give notice of this deadline in the Clerk's Notice of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case.
