Rule 3016-2. Disclosure Statement in a Small Business Case. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1125(f)(1) or 11 U.S.C. §§ 1181(b) and 1187(c) and unless otherwise ordered, a plan filed in a small business chapter 11 case or in a chapter 11 case in which the debtor has elected to be a debtor under subchapter V is deemed to contain adequate information and the proponent of the plan shall not prepare, file, and serve a disclosure statement with the plan.
