RULE 5001-1 CLERK'S OFFICE – LOCATION & HOURS
(a) Office of Record. The court's office of record is the Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
(b) Hours of Business. Unless the court orders otherwise, the clerk's office is open to the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays as set forth below.
(c) Court Holidays. • New Year's Day, January 1; • Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January); • Presidents' Day (Third Monday in February); • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May); • Juneteenth National Independence Day, June 19; • Independence Day, July 4; • Pioneer Day, July 24; • Labor Day (First Monday in September); • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October); • Veterans' Day, November 11; • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November); and • Christmas Day, December 25.
