RULE 9011-1 PAPERS SIGNED BY AN ATTORNEY The Court may, sua sponte or upon the motion of a party in interest, strike any paper required to be signed by an attorney that is not signed by an attorney admitted to practice before this court under Local Rule 2090-1.
