Local Rule 9022-1: NOTICE OF JUDGMENT OR ORDER

RULE 9022-1 NOTICE OF JUDGMENT OR ORDER The clerk must mail or deliver by electronic means to the contesting parties, a copy of a judgment or order showing the date the judgment or order was entered in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9022. Immediately upon the entry of an order or judgment, the clerk will transmit to ECF Filers in the case or proceeding, in electronic form, a Notice of Electronic Filing. Electronic transmission of the Notice of Electronic Filing constitutes the notice required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9022. The clerk must give notice in paper form to persons who are not ECF Filers.
