RULE 6006-1. EXECUTORY CONTRACTS AND UNEXPIRED LEASES.
The Court will not approve a debtor's motion to assume an executory contract, including a lease, in a chapter 7 case unless the case trustee has either consented to the executory contract or lease assumption or filed a Final Report in the case.
