Rule 1003-1 DESIGNATION OF PRINCIPAL IN INVOLUNTARY CASES All involuntary petitions relating to corporate and partnership debtors shall include a designation of the individual who is the principal operating officer or managing general partner, as the case may be, of the alleged debtor together with the address and phone number of the person so designated. If the identity or location of the principal operating officer or managing general partner is not known, a written statement shall be filed to that effect.
