Local Rule Rule 2002-1: CERTIFICATES OF SERVICE

Rule 2002-1 CERTIFICATES OF SERVICE Any entity who serves a notice, pleading, order or other document electronically, by mail, facsimile, or other authorized method, whether electronically or in paper copy format, shall file a certificate of service with the Clerk within seven (7) days after the date of service. A certificate of service of any document or pleading in an expedited matter shall be filed immediately after service is made.
Service in paper copy format shall be made on any party in interest who has not received electronic notice as authorized in these rules.
The certificate of service shall conform substantially to LBF 7.
