Rule 3011-1 UNCLAIMED FUNDS Requests for disbursement of unclaimed funds shall be made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2042 by filing a motion and serving a copy of the motion on all interested parties including the debtor, United States Attorney, the United States Trustee, and the former and/or current case trustee(s).
