Rule 3016-1 USE OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND PLAN FORM IN CHAPTER 11 CASES The disclosure statement filed in chapter 11 cases shall substantially conform to LBF 13, except in a case and plan designated as a complex chapter 11 or in a case designated as a small business case under chapter 11. In the latter situation, Official Form 25B shall be used.
