Rule 3016-2 TRANSMISSION OF PLAN AND PLAN SUMMARY IN CHAPTER 11 CASES A. A summary shall be filed with the plan and contain a concise description of the provisions of the plan.
B. A description of any releases provided by the plan and the consideration given by the party to be released shall be clearly set forth in the summary.
