Rule 4001-3 MOTIONS FOR RELIEF FROM STAY COMBINED WITH OTHER REQUESTS FOR RELIEF Moving parties who combine motions for relief from the stay with a request for any other type of relief shall be deemed to have waived the thirty (30) day period specified in 11 U.S.C. § 362(e).
