Local Rule Rule 5005-1: RECORDS AND FILES
Bankr. D.V.I. — General rule
Rule 5005-1 RECORDS AND FILES A. 8½" x 11" Paper. All documents filed or presented to the Clerk or Judge shall be on 8½" x 11" size paper. Pages shall be sequentially numbered in a document, and all paragraphs in all pleadings shall be sequentially numbered.
B. Font Size. All documents shall be created in a font size no smaller than 12 Courier or an equivalent size if a different font face is used. Footnotes are subject to the same provision concerning font size.
