Rule 5009-1 REPORT FOR BANKRUPTCY JUDGES IN CASES TO BE CLOSED In asset chapter 7 cases, the chapter 7 trustee shall file the report in a form that complies with LBF 15 at the time the trustee's certification of case administration and application for discharge are filed.
