Rule 7004-2 CONSENT TO JURISDICTION A. By the Plaintiff. In an adversary proceeding, the adversary complaint, counterclaim, cross-claim or third-party complaint shall contain a statement that the pleader does or does not consent to entry of final orders or judgment by the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7008.

B. By the Defendant. A responsive pleading in an adversary proceeding shall contain a statement that the party does or does not consent to entry of final orders or judgment by the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7012(b).
