LOCAL RULE 1017-1 Procedure for Conversion A motion to convert to chapter 7 filed by a debtor under 11 U.S.C. §1208(a) or §1307(a) shall be construed as also a notice of conversion for the purposes of 11 U.S.C. §348(c), Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1019, and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1017(f).
