Local Rule 2018-1: Requests for Notice

LOCAL RULE 2018-1 Requests for Notice All persons, whether represented by counsel or pro se, shall request notice in the manner provided by this rule. Persons requesting notice of filings in a particular case shall do so by submitting a request to the Clerk of the Court by way of the Request for Notice portal on the court's website. All persons so requesting notice are deemed to have consented to e-notice as specified in Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9036(b)(2). The court will not honor and parties in interest need not serve persons requesting notice in a manner other than as specified in this rule. Notice under this rule shall not be deemed service under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7004.
